Join us for the inaugural Australian Consumer Partnerships in Research Awards live event, taking place online over two powerful days, 12–13 August 2025. These Awards celebrate the excellence and innovation happening when people with lived health experiences and researchers partner to improve health care, health outcomes, and health equity across Australia. If your not sure why everyday people are involved in research, then let our THEME SONG inspire you!
Whether you’re a patient, carer, advocate, health/research professional, or simply curious, this event will open your eyes to the powerful role everyday people are playing in advancing research that truly matters.
On 12 August, hear directly from finalists in three award categories as they share how their personal insights are making research more relevant, respectful, inclusive, and impactful.. Find out which teams were selected by judges as finalists here.
Then on 13 August, be part of the excitement as we announce the People’s Choice Awards (voted for by the public) and Category Award winners live.
